Neon Graduation Cap Balloon - 18" Foil

Filled it with helium and it floated perfectly above the dessert table for hours. The neon foil is bright enough to stand out against any backdrop. A fun, sturdy touch that made the grad party feel special.

The bright neon foil caught the light perfectly in our photo booth setup and stayed inflated for the entire party. My niece loved having her own giant graduation cap to pose with.

This neon cap balloon was a huge hit at our outdoor grad BBQ; the bright color stayed vibrant even in direct sun. It’s a generous 18 inches, so it really stands out when clustered with other decorations. The foil feels sturdy and held up well for the whole afternoon, not a single leak.
