The twisted black and white tissue paper has a nice crinkle texture that catches the light perfectly. I used them to decorate for a birthday party and they added a festive, dramatic look without being too heavy on the balloons themselves.

I hung these Twirlz balloon tails for a birthday party and they instantly elevated the look. At 86cm long, they really filled the space with those neat black and white swirls. The tissue paper feels light but holds its shape well.

The black and white swirl design really pops against a solid-colored balloon, and the 86cm length gives it great movement. It’s lightweight enough to hang nicely without needing a ton of helium, but you’ll definitely want a weight to keep it grounded.
