I tied a long ribbon to this 28-inch foil balloon and it floated perfectly above the dessert table all afternoon. The rainbow holographic sheen is even more vibrant in sunlight than I expected.

The holographic finish caught the light beautifully at my daughter's party, and the 28-inch size was a real showstopper. It inflated easily with the helium canister, and the foil felt sturdy enough to last the whole day.

I inflated this for my daughter's birthday party and the holographic shimmer catches the light beautifully. The 28-inch size is huge and really made a statement floating above the dessert table. Just make sure you have enough helium since it uses over half a canister.
