The shells have a nice shimmer that catches the light, and the headband stays put even through a whole afternoon of dress-up. My daughter wore it for her birthday party and it completed her mermaid look perfectly.

I was pleasantly surprised by how lightweight this headband is—no headache after wearing it for hours at a party. The shells are securely attached and catch the light nicely, which made my mermaid costume feel complete.

The shell detail sits really nicely without slipping, even after a few hours of dancing at my costume party. It’s lightweight enough that I forgot I had it on, which is exactly what you want for a mermaid look.
