IT Pennywise Clown Dress - Adult Costume

The bubble skirt has a surprising amount of volume, and the puffed sleeves really capture the classic Pennywise silhouette from the movie. The ash-grey fabric feels substantial enough to last through a whole night of trick-or-treating or a party.

The blood red accents on the collar and cuffs really pop against the grey, giving it that perfect creepy vibe. I wore it to a Halloween party and got tons of compliments on the authentic bubble skirt silhouette.
