Birthday Girl Rainbow Balloon - 18" Foil

I filled it with helium and tied on some curling ribbon, and it floated perfectly above the dessert table all afternoon. The "Birthday Girl" lettering is crisp and easy to read from across the room.

The rainbow foil is so vibrant and shiny, it really popped against our pastel decorations. We tied on a ribbon and weight and it floated perfectly for the whole party without drifting away.

These balloons held helium perfectly all weekend, bright and shiny even after two days. The foil material is sturdy and didn't wrinkle or tear when we tied the ribbon. My daughter's face lit up when she saw it floating above the cake table.
